One on Houghton is a spacious self-catering villa with a private outdoor pool and beautiful ocean and mountain views.

The multi-storey villa is elegantly decorated and features 5 spacious bedrooms; 4 of them en-suite. All of the bathrooms have a shower, bath and toilet. Workspaces and TVs are available in some of the rooms. Hairdryers are provided, and fans are available for each room.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table and relax in 2 lounge areas, one of which has a TV. Wi-Fi access is available.
The villa opens to the balcony overlooking the mountain, ocean, and pool deck. The deck is equipped with loungers, braai facilities, and a 10-seater dining area. The entrance to the villa is on the first floor at street level, but the pool and garden are on the lower level. A battery backup is available for basic appliances to keep you covered should there be any power supply problems.

It does get cold at night since there is no central heating system and we would turn off the gas heaters for safety. Otherwise, the view, location, cleanliness of the place is 10/10

The house was exquisite, well equipped, and more than we could have asked for. The service was also excellent and we would definitely return.
From checkin to checkout nothing was too much for the wonderful housekeeper Soloman, who took care to ensure the house was perfect everyday.
The rooms are huge and we all had plenty of space and private bathrooms as an extended family staying together over Christmas. The pool is small but perfect for the a little swim. The cooking area looks small on the pictures but is in fact much bigger in real life and has a pantry / utility area with a second oven which was great for Christmas Day cooking. The view of camps bay and lions head was amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The house was amazing. All the bed rooms were huge and so comfortable and the views of the Ocean and Lion’s head mountain were breathtaking. The pool was so cute and used every day. Parking available for 3 cars, one in the garage and 2 on street. We were walking distance from the strip of camps bay for all the restaurants and beach. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Mary lives near by and cleaned up the house for us during the day. She was so friendly and so accommodating and really made our stay so seamless and enjoyable!
Stunning! The property was more beautiful and much larger than the pictures indicated. The location was perfect – central yet secluded. Each guest had their own private suite which really allowed my friends and I to relax, and the common areas are SO COOL and fully stocked.
